It's rather depressing to look around you, and realize that your life fits into a few cardboard boxes and is so easily moved around. I guess it's part of the mid-20's establishing-roots thing, but I hate being transplanted. Again. I count myself lucky that at least I'm staying in the neighborhood I know, which helps. So I finally got in to take pictures of my new apartment, and some measurements (to make sure everything will fit... *gulp*). So here's the before pictures of the new place.

What I think is the best part - the view! Should be some spectacular sunsets over the water!

Have begun pre-packing organization, sorting, filtering out unnecessary crap, etc. I realized, it would be smarter and easier to actually keep files (like car documentation, paycheck stubs, etc.) organized when I actually get them, instead of having to spend 6 hours just tonight going through them.
